Track your progress: 'Strong' App

The 'Strong' app is something I use every time I train in the gym and is a really useful free tool for tracking progress. It allows you to create different routines for your different training days and record the amount of reps and the weight for each exercise. 
There is a bank of exercises which are categorised under each muscle group, so it's fairly quick and easy to create your workouts. You can also add in your own exercises which go into the general bank afterwards.


The app has really allowed me to ensure I am challenging myself each training session and either meeting my previous rep ranges/weight or beating them. It's also a great way for you to have all your workouts on your phone rather than in your notes/pdf.
