Macro Friendly Deep Dish Protein Cookie

'Skillet' cookies are something that keep popping up on my instagram feed so I thought I'd give a protein deep dish cookie a go. I found one recipe over on The Macro Experiment and edited it slightly to work with the ingredients I keep in the house. I try and keep my snacks fairly low fat but still taste just as good as the real thing, so with just 9g of fat per deep dish cookie this ticks all the boxes for me. 

Macros per deep dish cookie - Calories : 254 | Protein: 21.7g | Carbohydrates: 19.5g | Fat: 9.1g

Ingredients:
7g of organic coconut flour (I use Sukrin)
15g egg whites
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
75g 0% fat natural yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon on vanilla extract
12g whey protein (I use MyProtein Impact Whey Salted Caramel
4g lighter butter
20g dark chocolate chunks 
Sweetener to taste (I use about 1 1/2 teaspoons)

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
2. Melt the butter in your mixing bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients (apart from chocolate chunks). 
3. Spray a ramekin with fry light and pour in the mixture.
4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the mixture and ensure they are distributed evenly. 
5. Bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
6. I topped mine with sugar-free, calorie-free syrup from My Protein and ate whilst it was still warm!
